We recently upgraded from 6.2.i to 7.2.b.
When we were using 6.2 and someone filled out text in the oppo_note field (Opportunity details box) and added spaces and carriage returns it would carry the formatting over in the email it sends to all the persons involved. So this:
Dale Bob @ WFW has requested two options for pump selection.
Opt 1: Single Pump Operation
Opt 2: Two Pump Operation
Existing pump is a CP3201.
Looks like this when emailed.

Since the upgrade, when filling it out it looks like this:
Dale Bob @ WFW has requested two options for pump selection. Opt 1: Single Pump Operation Opt 2: Two Pump Operation Existing pump is a CP3201.
How can I tell CRM to keep the formatting like it used to?
