SSA field. Change the field that is set as a value

Hello,

Is it possible to change the field that is displayed as a value for SSA field? For example my SSA field looks up a person and as a value in that field I don't want to see the name, I need to display his address. CRM currenly has functionality to select what fields are displayed when choosing from retrieved records, but not what field is set as a value, it is being set by the system. Changing the translation would not work since it would change the output for all SSA fields within the specific entity and I only need several fields changed.

All suggestions are welcome.

It wouldn't be a lookup on the person any more. It'd be a look up on the address. You'd have to create a new field for the address and restrict it on the person.

Okay, how could I display any other field (from person) as a SSA field value then?

I'm not sure you can. Not saying that with 100% certainty, but I have never seen it done.

Alternatively, create a new tab, and join to the record in the view. Then if a person is linked, you display all their info on it.
