Help with emailing through Outlook, Error

Hi,

New to the forum, just after a bit of help in regards to using Outlook to send emails and getting them to attach in CRM. I'm experiencing the error message below which I have no idea about when going to the communications tab to see if the email has attached. However, once I do that I can no longer even send emails using the Outlook option unless I leave it a few hours.

Is there anything I should be checking to ensure the settings for Email are correct?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
