Can someone please guide me what are the limitations (imposed by edition 100) for the level of customization in Sage CRM 100?

Sorry for the late response. I've only just seen your post.
Have a look at the screen
Administration -> System -> License Key Details
You will see a list like this
Customer Service,
Marketing,
Sales,
CTI,
Mobile (PDA/WAP),
Enterprise Integration Server,
Self-service,
Logged on users license scheme
I suspect that you will see that you will be missing the item
Enterprise Integration Server,
If that is the case then the main issue you will be that you can not add new meta data structures
For example you can not add
New Screens
New Lists
New Table Level Scripts
New Blocks
New Tab Groups
The actual decision about what the license for Sage CRM contains is determined by the local Operating company so the full feature list would be on the for Sage CRM 100 would be on the North American site.
