We use Alphalogix CTI integration so making the default CTI popup unnecessary. Is there anyway in which we can keep this popup minimised in the background?

Hi There,

Development have been made aware of this issue and a fix should be included in a future version of Sage CRM

Hi there, edbeeny! Did you ever get this resolved? A friend of mine uses a CTI solution called Tenfold (www.tenfold.com/integrations) for integration. They've had it for about year now and it's been running smoothly for them. Also popups were not a problem for them.
