Hello All,

I have a SageCRM 7.2b system that is setup to be accessed from the outside. Everything works including the dashboards except for quick order entry. I am getting the following error. The IT dept has opened port's 10009 and 80. Any suggestions?

"This page can’t be displayed"

"Make sure the web address http://xxxxxxx.com:10009 is correct."
