Sage CRM 7.2 - Mail Merge in Opportunity Entity - Fields Not working

Hi All,

Experiencing a problem Mail Merge in Opportunity Entity not pulling through fields from CRM.

Custom fields loaded in Opportunity View and appear in the dropdown list to create a new template, however standard and custom fields do not work.

document is created but only displays the field name.

Possible Solutions to resolve?

    Hi Jodache,

    When using Mail merge with opportunities you must have the nested fields inserted for any fields to pull through information.

    So above any text you will need to have the table start tag and at the end of all of the text you will have the table end tag.

    You will see these when you click the blue text for 'Insert Nested Region'
