Sage E-marketing for Sage CRM does not work after upgrade to Sage CRM 7.2.b

We recently upgraded to Sage 100 Advanced ERP 2014 Version 5.10.4.0 and Email Marketing stopped working. I have to use SwiftPageConnect.com to send my email campaigns. I asked my partner and he is stumped.

I tried talking to Swiftpage tech support and they cannot help, they say Sage wrote the interface and they don't know how to help. My partner charges $140 / hour to troubleshoot an error caused by the upgrade.

Recreating the error:

From the SwiftPage tab, select an email template to send and click Continue.

I get an message that says; "You are not currently logged on."

I checked the SwiftPage integration log and there is not log for today but the last error was;

    Hi Paul,

    Are other tomcat features working as expected eg Interactive Dashboard.

    Usually this error is returned when tomcat is not working correctly.

    Can you run the following query in the backend:

    SELECT parm_name, parm_value

    FROM Custom_SysParams

    WHERE parm_name like '%Server%'

    Are the SwitPageServerAddress and ServerNames correct?
