Hello-

We have just signed up with Sage ( well, the free trial)

The most important part of a CRM for us is that the emails sync to the clients records etc.

If I try to send an email through Outlook (we are on Exchange) and click the send and file button with int the message this message pops up ""Operation has failed, CRM Outlook plugin encountered a problem during the operation. Please try again"

Can someone assist me? I am working with someone for a "free concierge set up" but he is on the east coast and I am trying to get this working ASAP. If it can work properly I will be signing up with Sage. If it doesn't work I need to keep looking at CRMS.

I am not sure what the actual capabilities are using this Plug-in. What exactly can it do and not do with MS Exchange?
