Hi, we are currently working on configuring cases and would like to display on the summary screen of a case the count of the uploaded attachments it has.
Is there a simple way of doing this?
Thanks,
You can do this with create script:
var AttachRecords = CRM.FindRecord("Library","libr_caseid="+CRM.GetContextInfo("cases","case_caseid"));
Caption +="Number of attachments: ";
Caption +=""+AttachRecords.RecordCount+"";
The only thing with this is, it is all contained in the caption, so it may look better in the top content as opposed to the summary.
Brad
It needs a little bit of code.
You can count the number of library records associated with a case.
This can be either done server side using a create script. See: community.sagecrm.com/.../how-do-i-put-calculated-or-derived-info-in-a-screen-s-top-content.aspx
Or done using a client side code.
