Hi,

I am a new Sage CRM user...looking to implement inhouse as a partner. Post installation the dashboard gives the error as above. Also during test uploads, Tomcat error shows up while trying to move to step 2.

I've checked similar queries in the forum but could not find a version specific answer. Request help asap.

Hello

The first thing that I think you need to do is make sure that you are logged onto the Community with partner rights as there is discussion of Data Upload issues in the partner forums.

Check with [email protected] whether you have the correct rights.

You need to make sure that you collect all the information about your install. That is the logs and the configuration settings.

Have you searched the knowledge base?

community.sagecrm.com/.../default.aspx

Have you logged a case with your local Sage office?
