Have 7.3 CRM with Sage 100 2015. Want to be able to access CRM from tablet/iphone and create opportunities, quotes and orders for Sage 100 customers. When accessing CRM through web hyperlink, cannot access Inquiries tab on CRM.

When trying to create new sales order or quote for existing Sage 100 customer (so Sage 100 sales order entry should pop up), nothing happens. Have gotten around the sales order entry problem by accessing CRM on a table through terminal server, but am looking for a way to avoid using terminal server. I feel like I am missing something fundamental in the set up.

Any help pointing my in the right direction would be appreciated.
