There is no comprehensive published list of known issues. Some information about known issues maybe contained in the release notes and the Knowledgebase.

Your local OpCo may also be a source of information about issues reported to them.

Thank you for your response. Having to check different sources for potential known issues is not a good idea as it is time consuming and also if you cannot find what you suspect is a bug how would you ever know that you have checked every possible place.

It is normal for developers to maintain a list of known issues for obvious reasons.

For those of us that have to muddle through these kind of bugs (possibly through lack of testing) it can be very unproductive to have to jump through extra hoops when this kind of basic information should really be provided by the vendor.

I also find it incredible that the v7.3 release notes has only 2 problems listed at the end of the document. I myself found quite a few potential bugs with the product after only 10 minutes of playing with it.
