    Hello

My understanding is that you have upgraded a machine running Windows 8 (or 8.1) to Windows 10.

    Is this the server?

    Or a client machine?

Which version of Sage CRM are you using?

Sage CRM is not supported for a product server running Windows 8, 8.1 or Windows 10. These are all client operating systems. See: community.sagecrm.com/.../27490.aspx

Having said that people do install Sage CRM on laptops with other versions of windows and that support IIS. But this is for development, demoing and testing.

A connection refused message is often either a network issue or the wrong user name and password.

Is this happening only to your Sage CRM site or are all paths to your machines web server failing?

Does this URL: http: //localhost/ fail?

    Hi,

It is the client machine (the server is in 2008 R2). I use the lastest version: Sage CRM 8.

I have to develop the website linked to CRM Sage.

On the other hand my logs on client machine didn't change.

Localhost failed, sure... But in adminstration tools / IIS i don't know which setup rights on client machine to run Sage CRM.

Why are you navigating to localhost on a client machine? Unless CRM is installed on the machine you are using localhost on, then of course your CRM url with the server as localhost will not work.

If http://localhost/ fails, then it would appear that you do not have IIS set up correctly, so not really anything to do with Sage CRM.

    >Localhost failed, sure... But in adminstration tools / IIS i don't know which setup rights on client machine to run Sage CRM.

I don't really know what you mean here. But you need configure nothing in IIS on a client machine for CRM to work. That would mean each client would need IIS installing, which is not true.

Presumably this is why you want to use localhost. So either install CRM on the client machine so you have a local instance of CRM to use for testing, or, if you are developing the website on your client machine, reference CRM with its correct URL, which is:

    http(s)://[Server name or IP]/[CRM instance name]/eware.dll

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer !

To access CRM i use http://p-sa-3/CRM/eware.dll, sure !

My connexion to CRM or CRM web part was good before the upgrade to windows 10. Now when i try to connect to http://p-sa-3/CRM/eware.dll i have this message: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

Except the upgrade to Windows 10, there was no change...

    I don't know how to do ...

Help! Have a Widnows 10 issue...

Some of our machine have been upgraded to Windows 10. However, we are still on Sage CRM 7.2. Is there a workaround to get Sage CRM 7.2 working on Windows 10 or is the only alternative to upgrade to Sage CRM 7.3.

    Thanks!

Has someone managed to get Sage CRM running on a Windows 10 system, stand alone?

I get errors from the URL Rewrite Engine.

I have some VMs for demoing and I don´t want to set them up as a Windows server.

I am just attempting this install this morning and have received the same issue trying to install Sage CRM 7.3 on a Windows 10 laptop.
