A VAd Distributor company selling product to re-seller not directly to the end user.In our case same end user contact two of our re-seller for the same product.these re-sellers are handle by two different salesman.

Assume we are the distributor of a brand.we have two re-seller A and B ask our salesman X and Y for quotation of some model 'XYZ' for same enduser 'TTTT'.But both the salesman X & Y doesn't know this they process the quotation.Now system should check any product 'XYZ' and 'TTTT' in Quotation details table and send a alert E-mail to the sales manager two different quotation for the same enduser with the same product.

Is it possible?

Could you describe this again from each of the Sales persons viewpoint and then from the managers viewpoint?

It should be possible.

If you can create an sql statement that can find the data that matches the condition in which you are interested, then you could create an Escalation rule to send the email.
