Mail Merge don't use translations?

Hi, i have a Word template (offer) created in French and for example the caption code is "Mr" from the Caption Family pers_salutation and the French translation is "Monsieur". When i user mail merge for an offer and the merge field pers_salutation i wouldn't have the French translation inside. It is always the Caption Code (Mr). Can i change that?

Which version are you using?

Tested this in 7.3c and when logged in as a user using the French language the salutation is translated correctly.

Hi Toby, we are using at CRM 7.2.e.1

And on CRM it will display all in French, that isn't the problem. The problem is the output in the Word file.

Yeah, I tested it on 7.3c and the merge works as expected with the correct translation.

I don't have a 7.2 install readily available to test on, but if I were you I would take a look through the patch release notes to see if this was a documented issue or not.
