Hoping someone can help. Getting this message when user tries to login to SageCRM through iPhone...

This is only happening to one user.

I looked through the community information and I cannot find a resolution. The error seems to be around the MyCRM area on the iPhone. Most of the users can login to iPhone without an issue and my "problem" user can login with iPhone until I add MyDesk (MyCRM) to the iPhone menu. Once that item is added to the menu, my problem user sits at the login screen and appears to not go anywhere. After a while a message will appear that says...
