I am also having a similar problem and have not found a solution either. Any help would be great.

This is a defect which was being looked at by Sage, it seems to work OK on my demo system with SP2 but I know some people seem to still have the issue with the same version.

I'm also experiencing the same issue. I had just reached out to my reseller but decided to search around. This is happening to me on 7.3.c.1

I have not seen this with my systems that I use. My feeling is that the messing up of the positioning of the gadgets is likely to be controlled by malformed tags.

I wonder, if you recreate a dashboard from scratch - does the same problem persist?

I am also having this problem. Recreating the dashboard doesn't seem to help. Has anyone found a fix? I'm on 7.3.c.

I believe that this was logged with us originally as 0-165638-QA, which resulted in a fix being put into 7.3 SP2. This left an issue with existing dashboard template layouts - this subsequent issue was logged with us as 0-167049-QA, and was fixed in 7.3 SP3. These issues were only reproducible in upgraded systems (hence Jeff's difficulties).

FYI recreating a dashboard from scratch does not fix this problem. I did find a very simple fix... for years I was told to use only IE for CRM but now it appears Chrome works better. Do your Template design in Chrome... it will save the dashboard properly and users will see it as intended whether they use Chrome or IE.

This is a problem in 7.3a for Sage 100 2014. Chrome doesn't make a difference in my case. Unfortunately 7.3a is the latest version available for this version of 100.

This issue (attempted to change the width of a Gadget, then reloaded page after resize handle would not release, causing 9 Gadgets to be stacked like lawn chairs) occurred in 7.2d. Iin this instance the workaround was to correct the position of the Gadgets using Internet Explorer, as changes made to Gadget positions in Chrome, Firefox and Edge failed to save.
