Appreciate the response. Are you referring to the knowledge base in the partner area on this site, or the Sage City portal? Unfortunately I haven't found it in either location.

My apologies, I didn't realize you were a business partner based in South Africa. It's not the Knowledgebase on here or within Sage City. There's a separate partner portal that allows you to see your customer info as well as access a separate, product specific knowledgebase that contains system admin/user guides as well as product downloads and updates.

This is a stab in the dark, but for South Africa, I think a similar partner portal is located here:
