Hello,

I need to enable Exchange Server Integration in Sage CRM 7.3 in the system behavior but the option is set to "no" and the field is read only. By following a manual and couple of articles, I found out that it is not recommended to change this option back and forth.

Does anyone know how the field can be changed or re-enabled?

Any information is very welcome.
