Hi,

We're using Sage CRM and Sage 300 ERP.

Currently when an opportunity is created in CRM via a new Quote/Order from a Company record it is not being put onto the Workflow we've created.

How do I configure the workflow so that when an Opportunity is created from a new Quote/Order it'll use the Workflow we need it too?

Also are Quotes/Order supported with Workflow in Sage 7.2e? I've seen articles where it hasn't previously been supported.
