Hi,
We're integrating our Elastix Phone System with Sage CRM but have run into a few problems.
We get the following error despite having the phone plugged in, turned on etc and having enabled CTI on the user profile we're testing on.
We've also run the cmd TcmSetup /c <telephoneservername> which enabled TAPI on the machine we're performing the initial setup on;
As you can see CTI is enabled for the user and the IP of the phone is input.
Where are we going wrong? We've check over the systems administrator guide countless times and can't find the cause.
