If you are using an Android or iPad, there are Sage CRM apps that can be used to connect to the cloud account. Within an on-premise implementation there is possibility for a customer to use a service called the 'Advanced Email Manager'. When that is configured, it can be used to monitor an email account and file emails and their attachments into Sage CRM's database. A user could forward an email to an account monitored by the Mail Manager and have it filed appropriately.

A cloud account user has no equivalent way of filing emails.

I am trying to think what you could do. I mentioned that Cloud account users do not have access to the advanced mail manager.

The Mobile App Feature Matrix mentions that the iPhone and Mobile apps should offer "Auto Communication logging from Calls, SMS and Emails"
