Integration with Exchange

Hi,

I have CRM 8.1 and i would like to activate the Outlook integration ; the installation has successfully completed, but the outlook plugin in "REGEDIT" is unavailable (see a picture).

In the outlook Complement COM, the ACCPAC CRM Addin for Outlook and Sage CRM outlook Addin cannot be found

Can you help me.

Quick one: it's worthwhile having the installation logs to hand when you contact the support team. They'll appear in the user temp directory (hit Start, then Run, enter %TEMP% and hit OK).
