What version of Sage CRM are they using? I've been using Sage CRM 7.3 sp3. I can post quote line items.

I did find that the page kept jumping back to the top as I started to enter values. I solved that with a little bit of JavaScript.

For example the screen used for the main QuoteItems entry is QuoteItemsSummary. This has a Custom Content box in which we can add HTML. We could add an anchor tag with a name e.g.

Thank you Jeff. I downloaded the SP3 and SP3.4 patches and applied them onto two of my VM's. One of the CRM instances completely failed after, and the other seemed to work because now there is just barely enough showing of the "refresh" button at the bottom of a new quote screen in order to make it work. It's not very nice looking and it only works on 1 or 3 installs but maybe the iPad's will get tested more in the near future. (currently customers are all using the iPad Air2)

It's too bad as well that the update seems to rearrange the top section of menus and context information. With CRM SP2.1 once you selected a primary entity like the company you could switch between tabs quickly, now you have to go over the summary section to get to the menus. As well, the menu strip from SP2.1 had added a nice visual divider on the screen between the context info and tab details.

The UI and UX will have other changes coming in 2017. There is a real push to make sure that Sage CRM provides a very modern interface for the Sage BMS systems to which it integrates.

Having said that, my personal definition of progress is when the error message changes.
