On a 7.3 SP2.1 system. I have encountered a bug with keyword search. When navigating to keyword search, the URL retains all the Keys of the previous screen visited. For example if on an opportunity and click find->keyword search. On the keyword search screen, the url will have Key7, Key1, Key2, etc that were present in the url when on the opportunity. If you then search for a lead for example in keyword search, and navigate to the lead, the url while on the lead will contain Key7 and Key44. This caused complications, as an example when adding documents to a lead, it is seeing an opportunity reference when there shouldn't be one, and vice versa, causing documents to get associated incorrectly.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any patch or fix yet?
