CRM Outlook Classic Outlook plugin - Stopped for CRM Server Password.

Hi Everyone,

I would like to ask if anyone see this before from installing CRM Classic Outlook plugin, This is discovered with my clients using Sage CRM 7.3 versions.

Below at the final stage of plugin installation, this message appeared :
"Please enter your CRM server password. This is needed to download OUtlook Plugin translations"

One of this was discovered on client machine running Windows 7.

Another one is discovered on a Terminal Server running Win Serv 2012 .

My Attempts:

1. Grant permission to CRM Websites in IIS.
For CRM site and sdata :
Basic authentication > Logon as System Admin
Authentication > Anonymous Authentication > Logon as System Admin

2. Remove / Clean up any remaining Outlook pluginregistry keys and files,
Plus the IE add-on required for CRM outlook plugin,
Using execution of below batch script.

3. Re-downloaded CRM Client Setup.exe file from IE ,
and run the .exe as System Admin and not as System Admin.

4. Tried all combinations of Windows password for Users and Administrators on network and local.

5.No change to the screen, still ask for password.
