Hi,
I used Group functionality (CRM v7.3 SP3) to export the list to CSV file but got the following error:
2200 Companies processed
Error creating Export Text file
Error generating report.
I checked the Temp folder, the file was not generated. I tested reporting, the report can be generated in Excel and CSV file formats. Here is the log I captured from ewareserver log, and it shows 404 error. I noticed that the application was trying to read the URL with "localhost" over https. This might be the cause of it. I tested all other functionalities, and they were running fine. Is there any place I can change "localhost" to something like crm.xyz.com? Thanks a lot in advance!
