CRM Outlook plug-in

Running Sage CRM 7.3 and recently installed SP3 with hotfix 5. When users launch Internet Explorer it's constantly prompting them that a new version of CRM Outlook plug-in is available. Click to install. If they install everything goes through fine until the next time they launch Internet Explorer, then they get prompted again. Please advise.

We're having the same problem on our end. First installation goes through fine, but when we run IE again, this pop-up shows up. Anyone here who can help with this?

Hy - we had the same Problem! Did you do the latest update (SP 3)? There's a Bugfix for that problem.

We tried disabling the automatic updates option, but remains unresolved.
