Sage CRM / Sage 300 Integration

Hi,

We're using Sage CRM 7.3SP3 and Sage 300 2014.

We have an issue where by if a Customer Name entered into Sage 300 is over 30 characters an error is thrown and won't allow the change or new entry into Sage CRM and vice versa. In CRM we get a SQL error.

I've checked the allowed characters for the Comp_Name field and it's set to 60.

Is this a known issue? Is there a work around?

    Hi there, willhoward! Were you able to find a solution to this? A friend of mine had the same problem and couldn't find the solution (he needed it asap), so instead he went for a third party app called Tenfold (www.tenfold.com/integrations) for integrations. According to him, it's pretty easy to setup and support was great. Let me know if you find a work around for this. Thanks!
