Good Morning!

One of my customers has Sage 200 CRM 7.3 SP3 and has recently, repetitively, had an issue when putting communications on (specifically emails). It seems to triplicate the records. The three records were created the exact same time(second) and the majority of information is the same. The only difference visually is the main one is linked to a person. The other two -- are not linked to a person. So there is a slight difference.

On SQL, the communication ID is the same for all three, but the communication link IDs are also different. My colleague reported a similiar issue with another company. We normally put it down to human error (multiple clicking, etc). Just wondering if there's anything else specific I could be looking for?
