Pipeline Graphic has disappeared!

Help! Please!

I am working with a version of 7.3 and for some reason the pipeline graphic has disappeared from the screen for Opportunities. The statistics box is still displaying, however, the graphic pipeline has disappeared.

Can someone push me in the right direction as to where to look to troubleshoot this. I have looked around the Opportunity Progress secondary entity. However, I don't see anything that would be suppressing the graphic.

Any assistance that could be provided would be greatly appreciated.

    And do you have

    0) Does the pipeline show up for Cases and Leads(obviously if turned on in preferences)? If it does then we know that this isn't some system wide issue with pipeline graphics. The pipeline graphs are gifs. Is there a little red 'x' to indicate an image that can't be found?

    1) Code that has been added to the custom content box of the Opportunity List

    2) Code that has been added to the custom javascript folder that loads and executes in the context of action code

    What does right clicking and inspecting the element/code tell you about the HTML that has been generated?
