#Oppo_OpportunityID# is shown with Opportunity Description texts but not Opportunity ID value in the email

Hi,

I created an email template, and used it for opportunity workflow. The email was sent out properly, however, the #Oppo_OpportunityID# field included in the email template shows Opportunity Description texts instead of Opportunity ID value in email. Any feedback is much appreciated!

It never will, for want of a better description, it's a reserved field and the MM process won't pass it out.

You can get round this by creating a dummy field and then amending the view to show the oppoid in this field eg. oppo_opportunityid AS oppo_c_id.
