Exchange Integration Synchronization Failed

Hi,

I successfully set up Exchange Integration on Sage CRM 2017 R1, and then enabled the synchronization. However, the Current Sync State field stays at "Waiting to Sync" and no synchronization event is even triggered. Exchange Sync Engine log shows:

2017-08-20/21:42:26.512/MDT [Task Scheduler thread] ERROR com.sage.scrm.syncengine.exchange.db.SyncAccessDB.getCRMExchangeUserOrNull Max one Exchange integration expected.

Any feedback is much appreciated!

    Hi,

    It sounds like more than one Exchange integration is enabled on the EcngIntegration table. This might have been caused by an attempt to edit the integration settings through SQL. I'd generally shy away form that myself - if you find that more than one is enabled, I'd set the deleted flag for them all, and recreate the integration through the UI.
