CRM Mobile (Web & App) Workflow

Is there anything on the roadmap to get the workflow enabled when the mobile web or app is used. I understand the responsive view for the tablet works AOK has workflow and get that on a mobile device most of the time end users will be just using mobile for a quick view at data while on the road.

However most users especially sales users will have a action to take after a meeting or appointment and not have their laptop with them as now a days their phone can do almost as much as their desktops for them. If a system has been built out around the business and their process and put workflow around how data should be entered into the system to help keep data true it really forces any mobile use to be strictly read only data for our end users :-( We could build out a view and script security around the mobile view to allow controlling the data and firing off any actions but I don't feel we should have to.

Just curious if this is on the roadmap anytime soon and/or if not the reasoning behind not having a feature to allow it to be enabled on mobile ?

    You can view other users calendars, view your sales/cases pipeline and now also works within Outlook (ios/android app) to allow you file emails or create companies/oppos etc from an email from your phone

    Thanks but I feel this should be a feature of the core application and not have to go with a 3rd party app if we were to do that we would be better off building something custom for our business which takes me back to I think this should be a core feature of the app. Just curious why (other then maybe real estate which I am sure a mobile UI design can be figured out) why the system offers workflow but during mobile use the system is pretty much a paper weight :(

    This is an area that keeps being discussed within Product Management. If you have not already done so could I ask you to enlist the help of your business partner and this registered as an enhancement request. I will raise this with Product Management internally.

    Changes to features tend to get prioritised by the evidence we have about usage that gets passed up to the development team from the different support and product management teams around the world.
