Excel created Task

We have a customer who has an Excel sheet which is used to produce certificates linked to their Sage 200 data. The certificates need to be reviewed on an annual basis. Is there anyway that the Excel sheet can create a Task against the customer record in CRM for 12 months time to remind the user to review the certificate?

    you could use Excel Macros that consume Sage CRM APIs / Web Services, but this would require some programming / development expertise, if you are able to connect with a Sage CRM partner supporting you regionally, a solution to create Sage CRM Tasks / Reminders can be achieved.
