Lite Exchange Integration

Good Afternoon,

We are trying to synchronise our outlook calendars (2016 32bit) with Sage 200 CRM (version 7.3 SP3.6). This has previously worked but isn't now and we're not too sure on what may have changed. Please do you have any suggestions?

I.e. Putting an appointment in outlook, it won't display on CRM. Filing emails works as expected, just not the calendar sync.

    Using the lite pugin you need to have Exchange Server Integration enabled and set up to synchronise the appointments.

    The classic plugin should synchronise appointments when installed on the client machine

    On the back of what Chris said,

    Within Administration -> E-mail and Documents -> Exchange Server Integration -> Synchronisation Management > Make sure Sync Appointments is set to "Yes"

    Also, within Administration -> E-mail and Documents -> Exchange Server Integration -> Connection Management > User Mailbox Management > Make sure the user you wish to sync calendars with is selected to synchronize by ticking the box.
