Single Sign On: Any Issues With Sage CRM To Be Aware Of?

We have a client that is moving to single sign on in their environment. They are going with onelogin.com. There appear to be a couple Sage products listed in their App catalog but Sage CRM is not one of them. Has anyone had any issues arise after a client moves to an SSO? Any heads up on what could go wrong would be appreciated.

The only thing I can think of is to make sure that you blank out all the users passwords in CRM. The knock on affect otherwise was that Mail Merge didn't work correctly.

Thank you for the reply. When you say blank out the user password you mean encrypt? Sorry, just want to clarify.

    Hi Amanda

As you switch over to using SIngle Sign On make sure that the users have no passwords within CRM (can even just null them in the database).

They're not used by the system to log them on - as you're not using Single Sign On and thus Windows Authentication, but for some reason a few versions ago (don't know if it is still a problem) when the user attempts a mail merge CRM for some reason attempted to use the password in the CRM User table and as they hadn't logged on using it, the merge failed.
