Credential Errors

What i'm trying to do is get the OE_OrderUI.asp page to popout from a customer record within CRM by creating a button for it in advanced customisation.

Here are the results i get on the server

hello mark, have you done the Sage 300 Web Deployment correctly with the relevant credentials ? My hunch is it is down to some rights on the server related to Sage 300 Screens, have a look at this blog and ensure all of it is working correctly

alternatively you can upgrade Sage 300 and Sage CRM to (2019 Web Screens) and Sage CRM (2018 R3) where the above dependencies can be easily resolved as they would be purely web screens of Sage 300 launching inside Sage CRM.
