Is it possible to do a mail merge on Cases + a custom sub entity in a manner similar to the Quotes/QuoteItems and Orders/OrderItems merges? Customer has sub-entity on Cases for "Engineer Visits" and wants to have the facility to generate/email a document with case summary + list of visits.
