Has anyone ever run into an issues with a SSA field will not respond? I try to hit the magnifying glass and the drop down and neither work.
It seems to be happening with both custom and standard SSA's.
Check your browser settings first off. Are you using IE or Chrome or Firefox? IE you will need to turn off Compatibility settings.. Are you allowing popups for the CRM site?
