We've been having this issue since going live with Sage CRM back in November and it is affecting every user. We went on 2018 R2 and have since updated to 2018 R3
Under the documents tab, I click Add File, select my file to upload, and I then receive the error "The Site Says: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect". So when I click save on the next page it fails citing a validation error. This is happening for all of our users and on all three modern browsers. We are currently using Internet Explorer as a workaround
It's worth noting that I can't find anything about this in the log files but I am also unfamiliar with the product so I could be missing something obvious.
