Sage CRM 2019 R1 (With Integration to Sage 300 2019 PU1) Synchronized Tables Errors

Hi All,

Recently, I've done an upgrade of client's Sage CRM 7.3 SP3 directly up to CRM 2019 R1. I've also do an upgrade on client's CRM 2019 R1 integration to Sage 300 2019 PU1.

Previously, client is using Sage CRM 7.3 SP3 integrated to Sage 300 2016. However, they upgraded their Sage 300 early this year. Subsequently, upgrade Sage CRM and Integration afterwards.

I got an error during synchronized tables from CRM interface.

Error Code: Conflict, Error Message: Sage 300 WebApi Unable to access the requested application due to an installation or configuration problem.


I've assigned Sage 300 WebApi to specific Group ID with Sage 300 Inquiry rights from Sage 300 Interface. I've also created PORTAL database and setup in Sage 300 Database Setup without issue.

I've manually change web.config files from both Sage300 Program path's Online\Web folder and Online\WebAPI folder, to change the following value from 'false' to 'true' and do iisreset:

<add key="AllowWebApiAccessForAdmin" value="true" />


I did try to change Database Setup from Sage CRM Interface -> Administration -> Sage 300 Administration , change the Sage 300 Server Name from net:\\servername:9000 to
http://servername. Do metadata refresh and do iisreset. Still cannot solve the above mentioned error msg.

From Sage 300, test Sage CRM workstation setup, getting message "...is able to communicate with Sage CRM Web Services using Sage CRM Web Services URL."

Anyone did encounter the same issue before? Kindly advice.
