Sage crm 2018 R2 integration setup in Sage 100 2018 error - Could not connect to Sage CRM SQL Server: [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen(SECDoClientHandshake()).]SSL Security error.

We have upgraded sage 100 from 2016 to 2018 and on a different server we have upgraded sage crm from 7.3 to 2018 R2. SQL database server and Sage CRM 2018 R2 are on the same server. The issue is the integration setup between sage 100 and sage crm. When we try to set up crm server options within sage 100 application - the activity logs show the error below.

Looks like there is an issue with the sage 100 integration port communicating to the new Sage crm sql server. Any help on this is useful.
