SAGE CRM 7.1.a documentation

Hi Everyone,

I have to fix several issues of a SAGE CRM 7.1.a site. They do not have any of the SAGE CRM guides. After several attempts on community and other places, I could not find them. Would anyone be kind enough to share the pdf with me please? Or point me to the place where I can download them ?

By the way , this site has Tomcat 6 installed but the services does not start. Would you know please of Tomcat is necessary for CRM 7.1 ? I thought is was introduced in 7.3 !

    Send me a message on here and I can email it to you. 

    TomCat has always controlled Mail Merging. In the early days it used to use the standing installed Java to run but if this was updated it would break TomCat. In later versions Sage told CRM to look at a custom location for it's Java. 

    You might need need to uninstall Java from the server and from the CRM installation files reinstall the version that came with it.
