Problems with email addresses

Cuando intento enviar un email pinchando en la dirección de email de Sage CRM me añade &bcc= al final de la dirección y no lo puedo enviar. ¿Alguien sabe cual es el problema y como puedo solucionarlo? Muchas gracias

When i try to send an email clicking in the email address in Sage CRM it add &bcc= at the end of the address and I cannot send it. Somebody have any idea why and which is the solution? Many thanks.

Yes, there were the problem. I changed it and now it works correctly. I let the Sage CRM like a "the outbound email must be archived by". Are there any problem with this or are there any other opción better?

No. That's the default way of work to have communication automatically filed by CRM. It makes the assumption that the emails did send.
