I'm trying to install the CRM Outlook Lite for Outlook 2013, but I always get an error that "Only one version of CRM Outlook Plugin may be installed!". This is happening on the initial installation. I've tried rebuilding the machine from scratch with the error still happening. It will let me install for "2016 & 2019" custom option, giving me the "incompatible" message, but it still loads and installs in Outlook, with limited functionality. I'm close to just ordering the team Office 2019 and be done with it, but I would really like to figure out why this is happening. I'm pretty much open to trying anything at this point that will work. Any suggestions?
