It was an upgrade. It is on system pages. Yes, I checked with chrome no issues in alignment. It affects most of the screens.

There are scripts used, but not in all pages.

Do you get the button alignment issue with a vanilla (new) instance of Sage CRM within Internet Explorer?

The button alignment is likely to be caused either by either a CSS difference or a customization effecting the HTML generated to display table that contains the buttons.

Did the old version use 'Themes'.  Is the instance using the 'Ergonomic' theme?      

Yes, the issue is with Internet explorer.

The instance using the 'contemporary' theme.

We have not changed anything regarding css.

I can't find 2020 R2 to download yet, so I can't double check this, the only thing I say here, looking at your original steps, you mention adding CRM to Trusted Sites, did you also lower the security slider for Trusted sites to it's lowest level?

Sage CRM, we have changed 'accpaccrm.vbs' file. When using the same file in 2020 R2 it was giving an error 'Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3' Server.CreateObject Failed' for many custom pages. So just tried to replace the same file used in 2020 R1, solved the issues with this error. 

Do you think that may caused this issue?

The accpaccrm.vbs file is included in ASP pages that extend the user interface.  It is not used or referenced by system screens.  Can you confirm that the screens experiencing the problem with button alignment are ASP pages or System Pages?

They are system pages.

The issues are happening with almost all screens including System Pages.

Have you logged a case?

Is there a common factor between the screens?  Do they all have a 'change' button for example?

I would check translations for the buttons to see if any HTML tags have been used in the captions. These may 'break' the alignment of the other buttons.

Do you have a vanilla instance of the CRM?  If you do then if you look at the source code of the vanilla instance of the page and compare it with the source code (HTML) of one the pages giving you the problem you may be able to spot the difference in the HTML and therefore why the issue occurs.

Please see the image below when login CRM, the opportunity page has no change button. I cant really find a common thing between the screens.

If I do Cntrl + f5, the pages will come correctly. But once log out and reopen the browser and log in, The issue will appear.

As the case has been logged with Sage Support Level Two, and due to the complexity of the case, customization, etc, we will communicate directly with you via email.  

We will update the post with a resolution, once we have completed troubleshooting.

The captions of buttons can be changed using the translation feature.  Someone may have added something into the text to upset the HTML.

Thanks for the explanation. But there are no new buttons added in CRM, alignment was ok on previous versions 2020 R1 and 2018.

Do the buttons appear if you adjust the zoom level of the browser window. Also is it running on zoom level 100%. There is a fix for this in previous versions to adjust the CSS for the right panel but I was under the impression this was fixed in the more recent versions.

There is no effect When doing ZoonIn/out. But there is effect if reduce the size of the entire window itself by adjusting size.

Thanks Daniel Lewis,  Now the buttons are showing but the screen is not looking good. The space between block and right button panel there is un wanted space.
