Sage CRM 2021 R1 - Outlook Plugin does not store images / attachments

Hello Community,

since the update to 2021 R1 there are big problems with the Outlook plugin.


E-mails with attachments or larger inline images are not filed at irregular intervals. (Office 365)
So far, no clear structure could be identified, which causes this error.

Will there be a hotfix for this?

    Hi Patrick

    Do you know roughly what size attachments are being block? File uploading (not sure if this affects attachments) is on Email and Document - Report Configuration and it is defaulted to 10Mb

    I haven't had my hands on 2021 R1 long in order to test out the Outlook plugin unfortunately
