Sage CRM 2022 R1: Recurring appointments reverting to original

I have an issue at a client where recurring appointment revert back to the original synced from Exchange 365:

For example you would link the company and person in the appointment, choose the action etc, then after a sync or two the company and person is empty again and there are no action in the action field.

Has anyone had similar experiences?

This is the main issues the client is facing:

  • Appointments are still reverting back to original state after a few days and does not hold the changes made in CRM.
  • Diaries in Outlook is changing and appointments either disappear or changes times in both Outlook and CRM.

Appointment sync settings are set to the following:

  • Sync interval 10 minutes
  • Bidirectional sync
  • Latest change wins
  • 0

    I've seen this on a site and it was eventually flagged as a bug!! I'd raise with your Sage local support as they should be able to find the original case. I also had problems with times changing that was also a bug based on the users time zones not being applied into the Outlook task/appointment.. It was supposed to be fixed in 2022R1.
